I also love tofu, but have never used it in a recipe that wasn't Oriental. This looks very tasty.

Well I made your sesame baked tofu over the weekend and it's brilliant. Went on a bush walk with two friends and we took a picnic. Made a big salad and then tossed through edamame beans and your tofu. Dressed it with the remainders of the marinade. And it was delicious - tasty and crunchy

Even the non-tofu lovers enjoyed it.

Kathryn - I imagine that BBQed it will be even better, lovely and smokey. I did try it with toasted squash seeds but they all fell off.

Johanna - I am making this again tonight and roasting BNS with it - thanks for the idea.

Tessa - I knew you would like this one. Good luck with the conversion, my boy is slowly learning to love tofu. Try my crispy chilli soy tofu - its a good "starter" tofu dish.

Hippolyra - you are right, this is exactly the type of tofu dish I love! Will definitely be cooking this one at home as I am on a one woman mission to convert my partner to loving tofu!

Lovely salad Hippolyra and exactly the sort of thing I can imagine eating. While we have tofu several times a week, I've never thought of baking it. Which is shocking! Do like the sesame coating. I do a similar thing when I cook tofu on the barbecue. Will be trying this out soon.
