		<description>Johanna - that will be the foodbloggers hive mind working again, I have rtead about prunes being a good fat sub before.  the prune smoothies are brown - but think of them as &lt;i&gt;marron&lt;/i&gt; instead. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go for it Sophie - you do need to make the eggless muffins sometime - I will be interested to see what you think.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Crusader - I totally agree about prunes, I did not have them for years and years, but love them.</description>
