		<description>thanks for the recipe! i probably used twice as much grain and stock, i also added some finely chopped celery and a drop of soy sauce, and as i didn&#039;t have any green veg i substituted chopped parsley and spring onions. i cooked it slowly, stirring constantly, adding stock as i went along. it was lovely and creamy, the buckwheat added nuttiness and texture. my two year old loved it, too!</description>
