Yet another haul of vegetables from the co-op on Tuesday. I am exited to get another leek, I want to try another twist on my vichyssoise. Given that there are now 2 untouched cauliflowers in the fridge I have only ordered fruit for next week!

I wanta co-op and not just one on farmville. Looks like another decent haul :)
Oooh, with those parsnips I would try the Ottolenghi parnip dumplings in broth. I haven’t made the dumplings but I tried his trick of putting prunes in the stock the other day, and made the best stock ever.
