Lovely looking cakes – but don’t you think it fair to warn everyone that the white ones might look like coconut but could well turn out to be milk?!

Thanks Anne. Oddly the frosting is coloured with Christmas Green, which I hoped would give a darker colour. On balance the pale green does work rather well.
