I love my Neoflam frying pan. Lightweight and very very non stick, you can use less oil and less heat when cooking in them, saving both calories and energy. I first started using one last year, and was so impressed I bought another one for my mother for an extra Christmas present. They are also available in a range of colours, guaranteed to brighten up any kitchen.
To celebrate the launch of the new Neoflam UK Facebook page Fuss Free Flavours has teamed up with Neoflam and I have 2 sets of a blue 20cm frying pan and matching milk pan to giveaway.

great prize-luvly pans
I’d definitely try scrambled eggs first – great test of a non-stick pan
pancakes would be my daughters’ first request. Followed by meatballs. I’d heat milk for a hot chocolate to recover from all their demands
It would have to be hot milk in the pan for my evening hot chocolate drink, really can’t sleep without it & a lovely stir fry for dinner with the frying pan.
They look fab & having a blue & white kitchen these would fit in perfectly!
I’d make a veggie chilli
I would probably cook an omelette and use the milk pan for cheese sauce, the Neoflam pans sound great and I am very interested in getting some
Useful prize
A good old fry up sounds good
I love the colour of these pans. Would look great in my kitchen.
Pancakes! They’re not just for Pancake day.
I think I might make a cooked breakfast – fried bacon and scrambled egg
Hot Curry and Rice, yum!
stunning colour never seen this shade of blue before love these xx
I would use the pans to make my special amaretto cream pancakes. Less oil would transform this dish, making them light and extra good to eat.
The first thing I would cook would be chicken and mushroom risotto
first thing…test out whether they could cook delicious Burned Butter Sauce …
Bacon and poached eggs would be first.
I would cook some steak in the frying pan
Some nice homemade custard! I dont have a non stick pan at the moment to make custard in.
I’d cook stir fry first, to check that you really do get to use less oil! ;-) All this talk of food…I’m really hungry and its only 11.09, I may have to make lunch really soon!
