Honeybuns gluten free baking book coverWhether you are gluten free or not the Honeybuns book is a delight, full of delicious cakes containing alternatives to wheat flour such as polenta or ground nuts amongst many others.   It provided inspiration for my spiced apple, almond and polenta cake.

The publishers, Pavilion, have given me two copies of the book to be won by two lucky Fuss Free Flavours readers.
