Breakfast Club #6: the Theme Is …

Breakfast Club: Because breakfast should be more interesting than tea & toast or coffee & cereal.

This month it’s my turn to host Breakfast Club again.

Breakfast Club is a  food blogging event hosted by me and Sarah from fingers and toes. We love breakfast and want everyone to enjoy better and more interesting breakfasts.

Each month one of us will choose a theme and then post the round up on the last Sunday of the month.

Things have gone a little awry with hosting, Sarah has gone back to University and is busy studying, so I will be hosting again this month.   In January we have a guest host –  Sarah (another) from Maison Cupcake!  I know she already has an excellent theme planned.   Maison Cupcake is one of my favourite blogs; so if you do now know it, go and have a look; it is a great read, she has the cutest little boy that often appears in her posts, and I am in awe of her baking skills.

And this months theme is…

The Morning After the Night Before!

December is traditionally party month, and I am looking for great ideas for when you have overindulged the night before and are feeling slightly, shall I say, “delicate” the next day.    Please comment on this post so we can all benefit during December, and I’ll post a round up all ready for New Years day!

Please blog your ideas or e-mail me the recipe if you do not have a blog, the deadline will be Thursday 28th December,  5pm UK time.

To Recap:

Make breakfast inspired by the month’s theme, write about it.

Mail the host for the month, (helen at fussfreeflavours dot com) with a link to your post, name of your blog and a photo (or link to your photo) by 5pm (UK time) on Thursday 28th December

If you do not have a blog send a recipe and photo to the month’s host who will include it in the round up.

Tell everyone – let’s inspire each other to make more interesting breakfasts!

  1. Arr you are much too kind. You would not be in awe of the mess I have created in my kitchen this afternoon resulting in desperate implementation of Plan B i.e. taking melted chocolate crispies to my son’s preschool Christmas disco instead of Hummingbird-worthy cupcakes.

Looking forward to hosting Breakfast Club next month!

  2. Healthy breakfasts, I love it. :)
