Shortly there will be a rush of Christmas giveaways on Fuss Free Flavours – but before they start I have a special post-Christmas and New Year giveaway for you.   I’ve teamed up with the folks from Innocent at Fruit Towers and I have a 3 month supply of smoothies* to giveaway to one lucky reader.

This will be perfect for your New Year’s healthy eating resolutions!   To go with the smoothies I also have 3 copies of Innocent’s book – Hungry to be won – one copy will go to the overall winner the others to two runners-up.

    I am allergic to citrus so struggle with smoothies – if I had my ideal thought it would be morello cherry, strawberry and banana.

    My favorite smoothie is always going to be cherry, strawberry, and a little bit of dark chocolate. It’s not that bad for you, and it tastes delicious!

    Raspberries cherries peaches carrot. the only fruit a cant stand in smoothies is banana which is strange because normally i love them but hate them when mixed with another fruit.

    For a late summer (or if, like me, you’ve handpicked lots and lots of blackberries and frozen them until you need them)…

    Apple and blackberry, yum. Tasting all the better cos you picked the blackberries yourself.

    In my ideal smoothie I’d put in dark green leaf vegetables like spinach and I’d sweeten it up with bananas, blueberries and oranges.

    It would have to have banana, mango, apple juice and maybe blueberry. I just adore the taste of mango so that has to be in there. Maybe pineapple would enhance the tropical taste!

    I love cherries so I would combine cherries with banana, strawberries and rasperries – cherries and berries with banana for texture.

    My favourite smoothie is the classic combination of banana, apple and strawberries. I would add a little ginger for zing

    I would add strawberries, kiwi and blueberries but I love all fruit so any smoothies are good to me!

    I love mango’s, so that would be my main ingrediant, it would take a bit of experimenting to see what goes with it best.

    My ultimate smoothie flavour would in all honesty not be very healthy! It would involve such lusciousness as chocolate, iced coffee, vanilla, and fudge :-)
