My all time favourite cocktail is one that is served at a pub in Newcastle called “Double cush wor kid” and it is Amaretto, midori and cranberry juice, with a slice of lime. Amazing!

It’s called different names in different places but to me it’s a kangaroo jack – amaretto, jack daniels and coke. Easy on the ice!

I can’t think of the last time I had a cocktail – I tend to enjoy any one that is put in front of me! A classic like sangria may just be my favourite though!

I had my first cocktail this time last year – at Malmaison in Oxford. I chose the Bison Berry Swizzle, and now I have a bottle of bison grass vodka at home, waiting for me to try making my own! :)
