With my first attempt to type the name of this post I missed out the S in Easter, and I have to say I will be very happy to be a Hotel Chocolat Eater for 2013.
New to Hotel Chocolat this year is the rather dapper Beau Bunny, created by new creative Director Timothy Rennie and drawn by artist Neal Murran. Beau Bunny will be on tour this Easter at a Hotel Chocolat store near you with lots of prizes to be won.
As ever the range has something for everyone, with adorable children’s items, and those for the more mature taste and palate.
I especially enjoyed the mandarin egglets, a nice twist on the classic orange fondant centre, also new to the range are (untried) salt and pepper egglets
Also in store are the classic Ostrich Easter eggs, with chocolate so thick that last year I had whack it with a hammer to break it.
Having become a bean to bar single origin chocolate geek I am very excited that the Purist range has been redeveloped to the Rabot 1745 range with 18 different bars.
Many thanks to Hotel Chocolat for asking me to their Easter press show and for sending me home with a lovely goodie bag. All images from Hotel Chocolat, used with permission.
