Try this new pulled lamb pizza from Papa John’s with Middle Eastern inspired flavours, which is available with a low fat cheese topping.
We tried the Arabian Pulled Lamb pizza from Papa John’s the other day and thought that, like our previous experiences with the delivery service it was really rather good. The lamb is marinated, then cooked for eight hours using a blend of Middle Eastern inspired spices, and spread out on a pizza base covered with a pepper confit. This time we also opted for the low-fat cheese option, so that we didn’t have quite the same pangs of guilt about our indulgence.
Like our previous experiences with Papa John’s, we thought that it was a tasty pizza. The lamb was really tender and flavourful, while we couldn’t really tell that the cheese was low fat – it just tasted like cheese to us. Just choose low fat cheese when you customise your pizza when ordering. You can pay by card, cash on delivery or PayPal.
Like all their pizzas it’s available in both regular and thin crust version, sized from small to XXL in regular crust and medium to XXL (£15.99 – £23.99). We had a regular crust medium, which was more than enough for the two of us with a couple of slices spare. As we’ve done before, we accompanied our pizza with a salad, so as to at least get one of our five a day.
This was our third experience of Papa John’s, and each time we’ve been pretty impressed.
Our pizza was from the Papa John’s Hammersmith branch,
