Ingredients
  • 300 ml plant milk - I used coconut milk drink
  • 1 camomile tea bag
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 1 heaped tsp Rowse Manuka honey - to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients apart from the honey into a small pan and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat and allow infuse for 30 minutes.
  2. Gently heat again to a simmer, stir in the honey, strain and serve.
