A Christmas gin martini made with Bombay Sapphire, cranberries, cinnamon, vanilla & orange

  • 1 Tbs Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries
  • 1 strip Orange Peel
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 oz Gin I used Bombay Sapphire
  1. The morning or night before your party bash up some ice and return to the freezer with a few handfuls of cranberries.
  2. Add a dash of vanilla syrup to the bottom of a Martini glass
  3. Fill the glass with the crushed ice and frozen cranberries
  4. Add a cinnamon stick and piece of orange zest
  5. Top up with, preferably frozen but at least well chilled Bombay Sapphire
  6. Enjoy elegantly
