No churn elderflower ice cream with lime

No churn ice creams are very easy to make; elderflower and lime combine to make a really refreshing dish.

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy (double) cream - 300ml
  • 1/4 cup elderflower cordial - 60ml
  • 2/3 cup condensed milk - 150ml
  • 1 tbsp no fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 lime zest


  • Whip the cream and cordial to soft peaks. Check the flavour and add more cordial if needed.

  • Gently whip in the condensed milk, yogurt and lime zest. Spoon into a container, cover and freeze for 24 hours. 


If you over whip the cream and have firm peaks, whip in a little milk to soften it.
