Add the water, gently simmer, take out one dsp juice, mix into the cornflour, return to the pan. NEVER add cornflour directly to a recipe – you must make a thin paste first.
Simmer for a minute until thickend.
Add maple syrup to taste.
To make sundaes
Spoon the fruit compote into the bottom of four tall sundae glasses
Add about half the granola to the four glasses.
Add two scoops of frozen yogurt to each glass.
Top with the rest of the granola, and garnish with fresh berries.
Notes
When defrosting the fruit for the compote, remove the bigger strawberries as they go mushy.
