Spicy Crispy Cheese Bites
A simple to make canape that's a great accompaniment to one or all of our favourite dips; green goddess sauce, tahini sauce or kebab shop chili sauce. The secret to cooking cheese in this way is to dust it in cornflour.

- 100 g Gouda - (2cm cubes with paprika)
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Oil - (vegetable)
Measure the cornflour onto a plate. Dust each cheese cube in the cornflour.
Oil and warm the frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the cubes, turning frequently. If they lose their shape, push them back into form with tongs.
