Pomegranate Dressing
This pomegranate molasses vinaigrette recipe is a tangy, fruity dressing that is delicious on all sorts of leafy and grain salads, cutting through rich and salty ingredients for a wonderful balanced dish.

- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 120 ml olive oil - extra virgin
- 60 ml vinegar
Put all the ingredients into a dressing bottle or jar. Use a funnel to avoid mess and start with the dry ingredients, then syrupy ingredients and then liquids.

Put the lid on tight and shake well to emulsify.
Taste the dressing. Adjust to taste and shake again. Put the lid on and store in the fridge.
