Pomegranate Dressing

This pomegranate molasses vinaigrette recipe is a tangy, fruity dressing that is delicious on all sorts of leafy and grain salads, cutting through rich and salty ingredients for a wonderful balanced dish.

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 120 ml olive oil - extra virgin
  • 60 ml vinegar

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a dressing bottle or jar. Use a funnel to avoid mess and start with the dry ingredients, then syrupy ingredients and then liquids.

  • Put the lid on tight and shake well to emulsify.
  • Taste the dressing. Adjust to taste and shake again. Put the lid on and store in the fridge.
