Recipe: The Wakeup Call - Ginger, Nectarine & Coconut Green Smoothie
A coffee-free wake up drink, this ginger, nectarine and coconut green smoothie will add zing to the start of your day without any caffeine. Easy to make in a power blender, and perfect for people on the go.
1/2tspginger purée or 1/2 cm ginger root - adjust quantities to taste
Water or ice cubes – enough to allow the smoothie to blend
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into your blender and whizz until silky smooth.

I usually use frozen bananas and grapes and add water
