  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup grapes - frozen
  • 1 peach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp powdered greens
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  • Place all the ingredients into the blender, together with a little water and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
