Ingredients
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 large handful frozen green grapes
  • 1/3 small pineapple – peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 dsp Coconut Oil*
  • 1 dsp ground flax seeds linseed
  • 1/2 glass water
  • 1 large handful spinach or kale if you are feeling hardcore
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a high performance blender and whizz until smooth. Add more water if needed.

*Or use coconut water and leave the water out.
