The Hotel Chocolat Ostrich Egg is enormous.  And very very thick.

So how did I get on with it? Watch the film to find out…

The milk chocolate ostrich egg is still in stock and can be ordered for Easter.  £70.

Many thanks to Hotel Chocolat for my review egg.

Goodness, I’d forgotten just how heavy weight those ostrich eggs were! They’re about an inch thick aren’t they?

Gorgeous box too, looks big enough to keep a hat in!!

All 3 if my children have just watched this and loved it. I did too. Have you eaten it all yet? I fear that it may be requested again and again in the next few days!

Thanks everyone. The egg was amazing! And took a lot of bashing to break it!

Huge and looks gorgeous. But £70?! Seems steep to me, regardless of how big and delicious the egg is. Have you eaten it all yet?
