Easy Jam, Jelly & Preserve Recipes

Jam, jelly, chutney and preserve making is far easier than you think, and can become an addictive hobby and the perfect way to make use of a glut of fruit or vegetables.

We specialise in small batch jams - which are perfect for the beginner as they are quicker to make, easier to experiment with techniques & flavours and don't need huge preserving pans!

Homemade preserves make perfect thoughtful gifts for friends and family!

These jam recipes generally need no added pectin, and we will show you how to get the perfect set without a sugar thermometer.

To get started try a simple blackberry jam, blackberry jelly, cherry jam or an apple jelly.
